Safety is Our Priority
Masterpiece Painting Company, Inc. is a commercial and industrial coating and decorating company which has been in operation for over 45 years. We are members of the Builders Association of Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, as well as the Youngstown Warren Area Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Masterpiece is a member of PDCA, ISNetworld, Browz and Veriforce.
Masterpiece employs journeymen painters who have completed an extensive apprentice program. All employees are currently DOT operator qualified through OQSG.
Safety is an integral part of Masterpiece's business model. All employees in the field are OSHA 30 qualified and continue journeymen safety upgrade training on a regular basis, in addition to the implementation of a drug-free workplace.
Along with continual safety upgrade training, Masterpiece's safety program includes annual respirator fit tests, fall prevention, lift certifications, scaffold program, hazardous communications, CPR, Lock Out/Tag Out, among many others.
